This page explains which personal data the AVTO BITENC website collects, why it collects them and how long they are kept.

Enquiry form
When you fill in the form we store your name, phone or e-mail and the description of the problem, together with the date of submission. We use these data solely to answer your enquiry and to agree on a service if needed. The legal basis is the consent you give when submitting the form.
AI assistant
Questions you type into AVTO BITENC AI are stored so that answer quality can be reviewed. Please do not enter personal or sensitive data in the chat. To process a question, the text is sent to a language model running on the service provider's server.
Sign-in
Sign-in runs through EDP ID. On first sign-in we store the e-mail address, display name and profile picture if the provider supplies them. Sign-in is meant for content editing and reviewing enquiries, not for ordinary visitors.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for at most two years from submission and then deleted. Transcripts of conversations with the AI assistant are kept for at most one year.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data and do not pass them to third parties for marketing. Access is limited to the website operator and to the providers required to run the site (hosting, e-mail delivery, language model).
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, correction, erasure or restriction of processing, and withdraw your consent. Send the request to info@avto-bitenc.si. You may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
